Data Deletion Instructions

1. You messaged a business that uses Yield Force

If you chatted with an online store or business on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, that business decides how your messages are used and is responsible for your data. Yield Force processes the conversation on the business's behalf.

• Option A: contact the business directly and ask it to delete your data. It can action the request through Yield Force.
• Option B: email us at dev@yieldforce.dev with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us the name of the business, the channel you used (WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook), and the phone number or account name you messaged from, so we can find your conversation. We will assist the business in fulfilling your request.

We respond within one calendar month, free of charge, subject to verifying that the request comes from you.

2. You are a business using Yield Force

• Shopify merchants: uninstalling the Yield Force app from your Shopify Admin triggers Shopify's data erasure notifications. Customer and shop data is purged within 30 days.
• Direct clients: email dev@yieldforce.dev with the subject Data deletion request from the address registered on your account.
• Leaving Yield Force: when a business stops being a customer, it can download its data, and Yield Force then removes its records.
• Conversation retention: conversations are permanently purged after 90 days by default, or sooner if you configure it.

3. Disconnect Google Ads

You can disconnect Google Ads at any time under Configuration, Channels in Yield Force, which removes the stored connection and token. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See Google User Data in our Privacy Policy.

4. Remove Yield Force from your Facebook or Instagram account

If you are a business that connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business Account, you can remove Yield Force's access at any time in your Meta Business Integrations settings. To also have your data deleted, follow section 2 above.
